AB/MA in Economics
This Bachelors/Masters program is designed for honor students who plan to pursue a PhD program in economics, finance, public policy, or statistics or who are seeking positions that require significant technical research skills.
If you’re a current accounting major and are interested in pursuing a graduate degree, you are eligible to apply to the 5-year BBA/MAcc program during your senior year.
The University of Georgia Law School and the Terry College of Business offer a three year JD/MBA or a more in-depth four year JD/MBA. This degree combination is ideal for individuals who wish to practice transactional law and desire to better understand the business needs of their clients.
Graduates of foreign law schools may learn U.S. law and earn an MBA in two and a half years. Students complete one year at the law school followed by one and half years at Terry. Interested candidates must apply separately to both the Terry MBA Program and the UGA Law School.
Candidates who wish to work at the intersection of public health and business can earn both a Master in Public Health and an MBA in three years. Students complete a full year in the MPH program followed by a year in the MBA program and finish with a year of content from both programs.
MD students enrolled at Augusta University at the University of Georgia's Health Sciences Campus in Athens may pursue an MBA with an additional academic year of coursework during their MD studies. MD students should apply to the MBA Program during the fall term in the year before they plan to begin their MBA coursework.
