In partnership with TechCXO’s certified executive coaches, UGA Executive Coaching provides benefits to startup and enterprise-level organizations. Program Overview
The UGA Executive Coaching model is focused on bringing our experience, passion and knowledge to help clients “do” and achieve their goals faster.
When change and alignment are the key obstacles, we work with senior executive teams and their human resources leaders to achieve cross-functional alignment, enhance proactive engagement, solve change management problems and kick the status quo to the curb.
Creating alignment among executive teams means getting to the root causes of inertia within the status quo and the conflicting interests of team members. Executive coaching frees up, aligns and energizes teams to understand each other and move forward with speed.

Executive Teams
Executive Team Coaching Mastermind Session
Cost: $3,500 per month
Once per month, the team engages in a two-hour Mastermind group coaching call. Each month, the master coach collaborates with the client sponsor to choose a customized, highly relevant Mastermind topic most relevant to the team’s situation and growth.
Mastermind sessions are designed to:
- Raise the individual and group awareness of behavior, communication gaps and misalignment
- Create dramatically increased trust, collaboration, communication and leadership skills and team culture
- Reinforce the teachings from UGA’s Executive Education training

Morris has 35 years of experience building customer service, IT consulting, and finance teams and has served as CEO and CFO of IT service and consulting companies and healthcare startups.
