The Full-Time Georgia MBA Class of 2018 graded their alma mater among the world’s best in the latest student survey from Bloomberg Businessweek.

The questionnaire asked 10,473 graduating MBA students at 126 schools worldwide to rate aspects of their education.

Terry ranked among the world’s top 30 institutions on three statements:

  • “My instructors were inspiring and supportive.” Terry ranked 13th globally and No. 4 among U.S. public business schools.
  • “Competition was healthy, not hostile, among students.” 20th globally and No. 8 among U.S. publics.
  • “Courses were taught by the right mixture of academics and business professionals.” 26th globally and No. 8 among U.S. publics.

“So often, rankings fail to reflect students’ perception of their own education, but this data clearly shows that Terry graduates are happy with the Full-Time MBA program and how it has impacted their careers,” said Santanu Chatterjee, director of the Full-Time MBA and MS in Business Analytics programs. “This is the result of the hard work we put into designing market-relevant courses and providing unique experiential learning opportunities. This survey shows that our efforts to provide an education that is respected in the marketplace and valued by students are paying off.”

The survey was part of a “Students Insights Quarterly Update,” which comprised one portion of Businessweek’s 2018 MBA rankings.
