2022 Executive MBA Entering Class Calendar
Format
- The Executive MBA Program is completed in 18 months through a combination of on-campus residencies, an international residency, as well as weekend (Friday-Saturday) class meetings.
- The curriculum is delivered using 50% classroom instruction and 50% online learning tools.
- In addition to earning an MBA degree, Executive MBA students can pursue certificates in Workforce Diversity and /or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Schedule
- The program begins with Welcome Weekend followed by a one-week residency (Monday-Friday) in September of the first year.
- Beginning with Module 2, students take two courses simultaneously with in-class weekends held on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Students participate in an international residency and conclude the program with a final week-long residency in March (Monday-Thursday) of the second year.
Teams
- Teams are assigned during Welcome Weekend and are purposefully built to pair you with people who are different from you. You will work in teams in various ways.
- Prior to the start of Module 4, the program will reshuffle teams within the cohort. For all electives courses and the capstone residency, teams are formed based on the instructor's preference. Reshuffling teams allows you to expand your network and broaden your business reach. You will learn to work in a teams with various styles or approaches, and you will be challenged to adapt to new team dynamics.
